  1. It's election time, it's time to demand more reforms. The first thing we need to demand is cutting more red tape - it's too darn hard to hire and fire people in India. It's too hard to find a place to establish an office in India. I don't need a 10 person legal team and contractors of HR to hire or fire someone.
