  1. Interim budget, waiting on certain acquisitions to be done etc. The dullness in the budget is understandable. A dull interim budget is better than giving RaGa another opportunity to scream "Rafale scam"

  2.  @sankalp6872 well, I care about faster procurement and induction. Scam mongering by RaGa did delay Rafales induction. Also bofors scandal made acquisition of artillery pieces political suicide until after Kargil. So ya, as much as I appreciate RaGa hardwork to ensure Congress stays out of power, I certainly am vary of RaGa's ability to damage things.
