@prasvasu4217 to move away from vigilantism you need strong institutions that deliver on it's mandates. We don't see that here. Only the naive in India (or the well resources like corporates and political parties), would pursue justice through the courts. Folks would rather resort to street justice rather than face decades of humiliations dealt to them by adjournments.
