  1. Calling Sibal principled is quite a stretch. But he is a good lawyer, otherwise he was very unremarkable at most portfolios he held. Anyone remember the cheap tablets that were supposed to be distributed at public schools?

  2.  @double_courage57  Gadkari. He was good during Vajpayee and he's pretty good now. Goyal is also pretty good - those trade deals don't come easy. Unfortunately, UPA was marred with rampant policy paralysis (or corruption) that I can't name one remarkable minister. Heck even Modi is a good administrator, JAM Trinity is quite an achievement.
