  2.  @IndiaTides The words used in Parliament is not hate speech, you can't sue anyone for anything said in Parliament. Not to mention it was in response to being called Neech. The Udaynidhi one is pure hate speech. So you're right they are not equivalent. Udaynidhi one was way worse and this guy justified it.
