  1. CrPC should be scrapped and Police should be implicated for blatant abuse of power. Targeting individuals are distractions. It is irrelevant to ask if Sameer is Muslim or Dalit or Aryan had ganja or not. The real more pressing issue is blatant abuse of laws, violation of due process and disregard of values that the judiciary is supposed to uphold. This entire case was nothing more than an attempt to refill the Pandu Judge daru fund.
