  1. ECI is overstepping it’s mandate. This is not their job to tell Govt what policies it should be. Fire the guy who came up with these recommendations.

  2. ⁠ @michealanderson2282 it's not their duty or mandate - it's a regulator and umpire of elections, it's not a public policy body. Also it violates separation of powers. Such violations by an unelected body must always be condemned.
