  3. Shekarji, a while ago I promised I would share my family thayir sadam recipe. Since we are talking about inheritance, there’s no better time than now. - 1 cup ponni rice - boiled - Couple of leaves of kadipatta - 2 tbsp oil - 2 teaspoon black mustard seeds - dried red chilli - Dahi - Milk couple of tablespoons Mix cooked ponni rice with dahi, add some yogurt and splash of milk. With the remaining ingredients, do a tadka and pour over the dahi rice. Salt to taste. Enjoy This recipe is invaluable, a recipe I inherited from my grandma. I hope Congress doesn’t come to power and come after me asking for inheritance tax.
