  1. Doctor patient ratio will improve when you improve working conditions for doctors. Right now we have deep imbalance in doctor patient ratios. Major metros have pretty good ratio but the moment you step out it decline rapidly.

  2. Yes that's because none of the previous Govts. bothered with building Mohalla clinics outside of Delhi at all.

  3.  @kaustubhshukla6462  we have an issue of deep imbalance. Delhi has pretty good doctor to patient ratio and probably an excess of doctors. The moment you step out of Delhi there's enormous shortages. The same can be said about several health facilities - barring the pandemic hospitals in major metro are under utilized however a district hospital 50 kms out are over utilized.
