  1. OFB corporatization is nothing to cough about. So is insisting on private sector participation in defence procurement. I can agree, the pace is not up to the mark and the BJP needs to whip some of the bureaucracy to speed things up but I wouldn't call it indecision. I think we can comfortably say the BJP has a tendency to make hasty decisions (Farm laws is a great example of hasty decision making).
