  4. LoL😂 Electoral bonds story became a dud precisely because you couldn't prove a "quid pro quo". Nobody came out with proof proving tenders were faulty or unfairly awarding contracts. Nobody bothered to regurgitate anything beyond an excel sheet thinking they could fool people. All electoral bonds achieved was harassing donors for 3 weeks.
