  1. People complain that Centre is despotic, however, State Govts are more despotic and authoritarian than Centre. Modi doesn't engage in blatant and open violations of rule of law like some State CMs do.

  3.  @abhipandey2505  did you even read that order? SC ne bola ki CG can amend the act to clarify procedure for appointment. CG did exactly that. In case of Punjab, SC said you can't appoint DGPs like that and Punjab Govt just nullified that order. Talk about False equivalence that prys on the ignorant.
