  2. It depends, if the Liberals win a majority, then there might be a reset in relations. But everything with Canada hinges on trade agreements. There will be minimal participation from them in the Quad without the US pushing for further Canadian participation.

  3.  @Adityatalks..W  well OIC hasn't entertained Pakistan's resolutions either. We are pretty close with the Saudis (They train with us and we export a lot of cheap food). We also have a port under construction in Iran and a Naval base in Muscat. We are also naval security guarantors of UAE and Oman. To call this a civilizational clash is just bizarre given our rather good diplomacy with Middle East players.
