  1. 2023 won’t be any different or maybe worse. We still don’t have breach notification laws. RBI recently published guidelines which mandates breach notification for banks but forgot to include a deadline for such notifications. OECD countries have breach notification deadlines of somewhere between 48 to 72 hours. We have none. I guarantee most breaches are not even reported.
