  1. Unlike Israel, India's judiciary needs deep reforms. The Judiciary is not only a deep deep den of corruption (5k for a tatkal hearing is the going rate at Bombay HC) but it also makes every other wing of the Govt look competent. Also unlike Israel, our Judiciary consistently makes up it's own laws, bypasses legislature and does not respect separation of powers.

  2. @Satyam Pandey I usually have some work at Bombay high court once or twice a year to get my disputes with Babudom settled. Also my network of friends always keep me updated with tatkal rates. I’m afraid, one day, a judge or babu will smack me hard to keep quiet.
