  1. When the North grows, the South grows faster and becomes richer and stronger. The North pulls India's growth potential down, you can't write that off and keep ignoring it. So investments and projects there are necessary. What the South should do is learn from Maharashtra and start financing it's own infrastructure. Maharashtra is building Mumbai Nagpur expressway with it's own state agency, why can't TN, KN, KR, AP and TL do something similar?

  2. Yes, but the South can learn from Maharashtra and start financing it's own Infrastructure while getting the Centre to build infrastructure as well.
