  1. Our Supreme Court is as opaque as it comes. It's kind of eye opening to see how they reinterpreted consensus as concurrence and ruled against NJAC because it goes against Basic Doctrine. It kind of feels like the Supreme Court acted in bad faith to retain it's collegium. (Not the mention the amount of pending cases and the lack of disciplinary actions against judges from the lower courts adds to that feeling)
