@berserkhorimiya courts weren’t biased in this case. RaGa’s lawyer and his casual attitude towards the courts got him his judgement.

@berserkhorimiya you are not convincing anyone by calling the courts compromised. Judges appoint themselves without govt input. The courts have given out been plenty of 2 years + sentences for criminal defamations. And the courts have been doing it since the mid 70s when Indira Gandhi upped the punishments to 2 years.
