  1. Upcoming Budget session is going to be the one to watch. Where is that 1.5 lakh crore ($18 Billion USD) going to be allocated? I don't think it will all be used to get back under FRBM limit. Govt has a specific timeline for that. So is it going to go into Infra? PLI? Defence? Pension? Eagle eyed observers should keep an eye.

  2.  @drneelamdalal1382  not necessarily. Defense does get a lot of discretionary spending. Corp Commanders can place orders for equipment like helmets, guns etc. MRCA is reaching its conclusion and part of the money can go towards the initial acquisition.
