  1. Look at the manner in which Supreme Court has passed it's order. SC orders Govt to create a panel, injects itself into that panel, bypasses Parliament's constitutionally mandated function to create and pass laws and then says, "SC will be in this panel until Parliament passes a law". This is not a judgment, this is a power grab and a judicial coup.
    2
