This speech is tone deaf. There are 3 million pending cases in courts, if you are not a politician or someone with political connections - jail is the norm not the exception, judges pass judgement in personal capacity rather than follow previous precedent and people rot in jail waiting for trail date. With all this The honorable Lord Justice says it's the citizen's duty, waaah.
