One Dalit group became the oppressor of another Dalit group, the bureaucracy created and empowered that power structure with its pervasiveness. The States relentless pursuit to control everything almost destroyed Indian capitalism and job growth. That meant a manual scavenger, who could escaped the job destined by his caste was unable to. Socialism stagnated social progress. In our esteemed communist states, Castes became class but the caste discrimination remained, became viscous and violent. Our movies inspired by marxism, merely made us blind to caste discrimination. Our Marxist historian misinterpreted our own history to suggest caste was bound by blood and not profession.
