A man who could not see the truth of own his own privileged position does not deserve to be called Mahatma. Gandhi, like other Upper caste leaders like Nehru betrayed not only the castes they came from but also attempted to perpetuate it the discrimination into the next generation. It was unfortunate Dr. Ambedkar passed away with regret without seeing the end of the caste system.
