  1. Actually, one of the most invisible and under rated reforms of Modi govt is removing the Sarkari Babu out of the picture. Faceless assessment, faceless delivery of welfare etc are a godsend. Prior to all this digitization, one had to stand in front of a Sarkari babu and get humiliated, beg for them to hear you. Modi govt could be more popular by simply removing more Babus out of the process.
