  1. Wow, what a terrible attitude displayed by an IAS officer. IAS is not the Govt, they are the administration - they don't get to dictate what is welfare, that's the Govt's job. It is the Sarkar's decision if it wants to give away free condoms or not. This is why Govt should have the ability to fire IAS Officers. Edit: She threatened Press Council to take down this video. This lady is quite the scumbag.

  2.  @perambu3441  there's nothing wrong with her request. But IAS is not the Govt. That officer can't dictate what's welfare and what's not, that decision is made by the Govt. IAS works for the Govt, they are not supposed to decide for the Govt.
