  1. If you look back at 2014, Narendra Modi had to convince and get buy in from old guard of the BJP. Anyone who comes after Modi needs to do the same thing, they need to convince Gadkari, Rajnath Singh, Amit Shah, JP Nadda, Sitharaman and Goyal. Also Modi and the current cabinet cares a lot about their legacy, anyone that comes has to ensure that's preserved.
