  1. IIRC Assam assembly election was focused more on infrastructure and inclusive schemes and less on polarization (unlike West Bengal). Owaisi is refreshing in the sense that he's publicly espousing Constitutional values. There's been a uptick in Muslims taking up IAS as a career (Mumbra is now full of UPSC exam centers). These unrelated things to me indicates there's been a change in what Muslims want and they are becoming more transactional towards more development and Congress seems to be misreading Muslim needs. Heck they want development and not just platitude.
