Comments by "M Shastri" (@libshastra) on "Why Eknath Shinde isn’t the 1st rebel in Shiv Sena or the last u0026 dynastic parties' terminal disease" video.
Eknath, Paranjpe and the rebel MLAs have actually moved away from the more aggressive action of the yesteryears. They are more business oriented. Paranjpe owns plenty of industrial units, Eknath has his hand in tolls and commercial property and his buddy Sarnaik is a huge property developer.

@abhishekjadhav2777 I am pretty familiar with Sena. I have had the chance to meet Balasaheb & Raj Thackeray, Dighe, Eknath Shinde, Pratap Sarnaik in person. Sena guys regularly make a visits to my neighbourhood to ask for votes and conducted registration drive. BTW, I am Tamil and I was a young lad when I met Balasaheb - despite his very public persona, Balasaheb was very approachable. He noticed my Mom in a typical South Indian saree and I, asked our names and asked us if we were Marathi. My mom replied back in Hindi saying no and he asked me if I spoke any? I replied back with broken Marathi and he said "Keep at it and your Marathi will improve". As bizarre as it might seem, he was quite inclusive despite his strong positions against "outsiders".

@abhishekjadhav2777 yes that's limited to BMC area. Outside the suburbs, they have very little control.
