Marriage is registered, so why not live-in? Govt let's you do it online instead of doing it in front of a Govt official.

The amount of whining regarding an ultra boutique issue of live-in relationship is hilarious. Even folks in Vir's neighborhood of Lutyens and Bandra East don't have spare apartments lying for live in relationships and folks are whining about regular Indian and perceived "loss of freedom". No wonder Govt doesn't hesitate to treat us like cattle something, we behave like one.

@MrPicklu123 Hindu code bill would be unconstitutional according to you. Get a reality check. Registry is legal and constitutional. Just deal with it 😎

@berserkhorimiya you guys need a reality check. Casually fking around in a bachelorpad is not a live in relationship.

Then register your live in like you register your marriage and move on with your life. Simple.

@ravi-it3vj so, your point is that we should stay small and treating Live-in relationships equivalent to marriage is beyond our comprehension? People are incapable of thinking? At least make the effort to counter what I have to say.

@ravi-it3vj it is in the Govt's business. Yo taxation, regulating marriage are statutory powers of the State. You need a reality check, there's no country out there that doesn't regulate marriage. You can deny it all you want but Govt can and has regulated relationships (Hindu code bill would be violation of privacy according to you), it's a Constitutional power that the courts recognize. So deal with it. You don't like the registry, then whine about it all you want because nobody will listen to you whining about boutique issue.

@AmitKumarAlphaX well, you didn't let the govt know that you cared about live in relationships. So that's your fault, not the Govts. The Dhami govt went village to village, opened up a portal asking for feedback but none of you guy bothered to even check what comment were being sent. Now sit and cry over an ultra boutique issue.
