Collegium must be scrapped. Judicial nepotism should be punished.

@bhai857 You can't have judges appoint judges. The Judiciary is too disconnected with the other two wings and works in cross purposes. You can't hold judges accountable for inordinate delays in the justice system. For eg: NCLAT, NCLT are back to their pre IBC clearing rates of 600 days (They are supposed to clear cases within 180 days). This is despite NCLT being a new Tribunal with fresh cases.

@bhai857 The Govt did bring in a law and several executive orders did and SC has squashed it (or simply ignored it) under the name of "Interference with independence of the Judiciary hence against basic doctrine." Law Minister is naming and shaming only because it is last resort.
