Shekharji misses the point. That was an UP election speech. He wasn't speaking to parliamentarians, he was reminding UP voters about Congress. The opposition ate it up and are now counter attacking it.

@akshytube they are not. But the PM always uses Congress as a proxy for the opposition. If the biggest kid on the block is down, then the rest of them looks way worse and become easier to take down. This PM is all about messaging and elections, there's no way he didn't think about UP elections when he wrote that speech.
