Congress Govts underfunded and corrupted the Govt services to a point that they were unable to provide Govt. services (which Govt should have in the first place instead of nationalizations). Schools which Govt should have built and managed by the Govt was instead (thankfully) left to organizations like DAV, RSS affliates to fulfill, services which is supposed to be provided by NALSA was left various Shakas to manage etc. And today Rahul Gandhi is attacking those same institutions - man this is going to backfire.
