  2. Pretty much. They are preparing a WW3 and are setting up for it. France wants to send their infamous 126th Infantry Regiment to Odessa in a few weeks time... That's the same regiment that was formed in Napoleonic wars era. The same regiment that helped Napoleons escape in Berezina in Russia 26th November 1812. They are not even hiding it at this point. They are preparing for another go at Russia. A rematch yet again...
