  3. It's by design. That EXACTLY how the viruses act too. They pretend to be " good human cells" when in reality they interjected themselves to do virus things... Same thing happened to USAID, it was created on a good pretense... then people with money and power came and hijacked it, almost immediately. And now were using it to spread the virus...
