Ukraine attacked Belgorod , which masked them as a "pro Russian battalion" this is nothing new.

@realSanti954 Ukraine could have shot it down with mortars though. That's the point , we really don't know. Either side could have done it be it Russia or Ukraine, either of them. But there's also an opinion online that it could have broken down by itself, because of it's tear and wear and no maintenance and higher than usual water levels. So it could really be anything.

I mean with all the delays , it hasn't really started yet. Will see how it goes in the future.

@cesarbonnin I'd say "an exaggerated" imaginations. He is however very helpful with his reports and when he doesn't give any predictions... as they are usually always wrong for him.

@realSanti954 Yes, but just because it is mined up, doesn't mean that Russia blew those mines. Again an explosion from the rocket could have also triggered the mines etc. I am just saying we can't objectively know for sure at this point. Could have been anyone, I just don't like when either side presents it as 100% Russians or 100% Ukranians, and they both present evidence for both cases to justify their claims. And I take a neutral view on the matters, in the whole scheme of things it doesn't really matter if you think about it , so it's not really important.

@johnknight8152 That dam was built in the soviet union. And yes it went through unexpected stages of operation of more tha normal water levels. I am not saying that that is what happend, but it is one of the possibilities.
