  1. Unfortunately even the Ukranians that want to surrender , most of them aren't allowed to do that, and get shot in the back... At least half of them that were trying to surrender got shot in the back by the Nazi battalions ( you can notice them by different flags at the back/ center of the front line, they are the ones that are instructed to shoot anyone who will try to flee or surrender.
