  2.  @GreatPolishWingedHussars  SU is Russia. Regardless of how you try to frame it Russia lost the most. America benefitted the most from it "business as usual" but it didn't do it. Russia had won it.

  4.  @olliefoxx7165  if all of your relatives lost people to it, some of the families were erradicated by the Nazi Germany. In Stalingrad , for example, there was a nonstop bombardment for a whole year with a total 100 000 tons dropped on the city. And that's just Stalingrad. In Voronezh battle, the 2nd Hungarian army 200k people , are now forever laying in the ground there. Russia had stood up, and had won the WW2. And the allies were not that eager helping it. And saying otherwise or bot understanding it, is one of the most offensive things to the Russians.
