  1. Very well put. But I believe that the root actually lies much deeper than 1000 years ago. Personally I've found that the base root of Russophobia lies even BEFORE the establishment of Russia... At the times of the establishment of Rome... You can rightfully ask me, how could Russophobia possibly exist even before Russia was official created, the answer is quite simple... As it's based on an idea of an ideological and moral divinity of an human European "mindset" of what's good and what's wrong... the divinity of a western and eastern kind of mentality, the polar opposites of each other - like "ying and yang". I believe that the eastern and western mentality division originated back then... To explain everything, I believe it would take too long as I would literally need to write a whole book on it. But that's my own theory that I'm throwing out there... The division in itself was purely ideological - just like with the Christ - you either believe in him or you don't. And whether you believe that what they did to him was good or not (it was 100% justified from the western point of view, and 100% unjustified from the eastern point of view or kind mentality, and therefore lies an ideological division)... And the western mentality which opposes the east ideologically had solidified and refined itself eventually into a Russophobia, with the root of it lying almost 3 thousand years ago...
