  2. @ trust me, it's gov. bureaucracy. One thing is incompetence to "look the other way by accident" or " forget to bring key witnesses into the case" etc another thing is them actually coordinating the whole thing. So there has to be some kind of bureaucracy trail. Of who did what and received orders from whom. If they are involved through and through ( which is obvious) , then they have to erase/ redact the names, or add additional files, to make their new story coherent etc. That's WHY the files should have been released immediately. They didn't think that they would be held accountable because the whole gov. apparatus was under control... And now with Trump they quickly have to make some sort of believable story whilst removing key actors in it etc. That's why they should have released it immediately, and the more time we give, the more time they have to hide it properly...
