  2.  @RaymondCore  well technically as I understand it if you are touching the minefields in front of the first line of defense... that could technically count as reaching it... Reaching is not breaching though. But if I understand it correctly they did technically could call it reaching the first line... in the foreseeable future of the supposed remaining 3 weeks of the offensive (called out by the MSC), they will definitely touch it... again depending on the definition of touching an reaching etc...
