  1. It was my pay day the other day and I celebrated with a basket of junk food for the weekend. I started unloading the goodies and the fella at the till wanted to know if it was on my EBT card. What?? People can buy junk food with those? O.o Wasn't sure if I was offended that he thought I had one of those cards or that I would buy junk food with it if I did. I think the most priceless thing was the look on his face when I said, "No, cash". Perhaps he only gets people in buying junk with those cards? He really seemed perplexed.
