  4.  @michaeltempsch5282  Yes. Socialists believe that true democracy is the 'dictatorship of the proletariat' Those countries are dictatorships. The proletariat part is a con. No organisation can ever be run by the majority.

  5. I'll explain. Most union members are in the feather bedded public sector and have a strangle-hold on industries which are either strategic or have low competition for other reasons (e.g. railways). Low competition drives up prices. Wages are a price.
