  4.  @-NLSx-Topgamer  I'm fine lol, I owned tsla between 15-17 and sold at 340. I moved to RE in 2017, I've slowly regrown my stock portfolio back over 6 figures in a few years while RE been a bit slow in 2019/20 with low inventory.

  5. Agree with paid products / courses, I feel if I sell something the end user should be able to put it to use and recoup their initial Investment prob within 6month - 1 year. I’ve been thinking of different programs, courses etc. I considered patron, but don’t want to charge people just to know what I’m buying/selling or investing in.
