  1. I just closed on Tuesday on a 4/2 Duplex, it was listed on Zillow, Trulia, & Realtor as a 2 beds 1 bath 1/2 the sq ft. Both have their own meters, and at one point the zillow had 0 bedrooms... so searches didn't find it. Even had seller do some repairs and give credit at closing.

  3. Right? I feel like I was pretty lucky - but time will tell. I need to start replace sheathing inside one and replace the shingles on the other. Hopefully get it going here shortly so I can get them rented in the next 2 months.
