Financially RUINED - I was born in 85... I never considered myself a "Millennial", but I'm in that group. I graduated high school and went straight into the military and lived overseas nearly 10 years before coming back. I built my first 100k within the first years, and my next by the time I left - So I was able to come out while not having a (car, bed, house, etc) really I owned a mattress a tv and some cloth and had to switch gears when entering the civi world. I never went to college, and could go for free, but there are deff lots of opportunities out there especially in today's age to make money - I think people just need to be motivated. I don't have a degree, but that isn't a factor on income limits when you look outside of (w2) income. I think more people should consider doing military and choosing a path that leads to something good on the outside. I did tech, and got out and became a systems engineer.

@GrahamStephan I wrote it.... and did edited it haha. I skipped college and choose the military instead :-), would do it over 100%.
