  2. Graham Stephan I’m buying a new home in Oregon - locked in on the 2nd set of lots available for 389k base, 2 weeks later they raised price to 399,990 base and adding are cheap they make you pay for it all lol

  3. That’s what happened with mine, I’m buying a newly built home and we locked in the 2nd set of avail lots, the 3rd batch base level increased by 10k O_o, so will keep going up too
