  1. Great Video! I bought a home in 2021, locked in a CHEAP loan of 2.25% basically free money by today’s rates lol. But in that time current homes next door same style are being bought up 60k from where I bought, so no regrets on my side and I’m 36 (older millennial) 😂.

  2.  @Richp20  oh dang, yeah it’s rough out there 5-6% rates highest since 2007ish, plus most expensive house prices so it’s basically the highest price possible
