  1. Hey Graham just finished your video, appreciate the transparency. It's very inspiring, I'll have to show the wife ( lol ). I know YouTube can be crazy and compounding effect it has on channel growth, income is interesting to watch. I just wrapped up my first year on YouTube back in June, and since then have been steady been increasing month after month - but I can tell I need to improve the content vs. install carpet when I need to be installing some VCT. My 2019 goal is to work on improving my YouTube channel content and hopefully roll all those earnings into 2-4 more doors/properties in 2019 and continue to improve both on set and off. I work as an Systems Engineer by day, and by night I do YouTube all while also trying to build/manage my own RE business I started this year, I have my properties FINALLY listed and taking applications now so Jan 2019+ I should start to see those get filled and work on jumping on more projects which I want to share on my channel.
