  2.  @GrahamStephan  Heck Yeah! - I just wrote out a nice long comment... then hit "CANCEL" as my mouse bugged out on me lol... /facepalm. Summary YouTube is Great (See It Growing Nicely), Expanding into RE in 2018 with a goal of 1 door, I ended up with 3 I bought Sept/Oct - They are finished rehabbing and are getting listed. I'm taking my wife/kiddo through them on Saturday for an inspection and showing them what's been done and give my 3 year old a walk through as I've been teaching him money can be used to make more money by acquiring assets such as stocks / RE. Anyways - Off for some last minute shopping - Have a Great Thanksgiving

I'm a "Small Finance Channel" ~1650 Subscribers and climbing - but I've been making a lil over $160-$290 per month, I've also started to create a few financial app's which are doing between $10-20 a month - but slowly growing and working to improve/create more apps. Website does ~$5-10, my next goal is to up the content on the website to drive better content then what's there now + moving to Instagram right now @Financial_Investor - Learning the platform... I'm finding that as you expand into different social media platforms it requires a lil more time -but trying to see if I can batch or use Insta to get more exposure as it feels you can pull more followers into your channel from that end.
