  2. After April 15th Now... I'm Still Doing Taxes... Filed an Extension lol, Hired a CPA this year due to tax reform + just got into RE last year want to 100% deduct as much as I can.

  3.  @GrahamStephan  Yeah Taxes have gone pretty wonky these last few years. W2, Side Gigz, Differnet Stock Brokers, Real Estate, Lending etc - I wanted to get a CPA I could ask questions and do routine quarter check up' make sure I can deduct and do more to expand and pay as low tax as I can.
